TRILOGY AT MONARCH DUNES

At Trilogy, homes are segmented into four collections: Costas (1,671-1,824 sf), Valles (2,007-2,305 sf), Playas (2,151-3,209 sf), and Cerros (3,223-3,694 sf). Costas homes are somewhat modestly sized (and modestly priced) homes perfect for those looking for a cozy home for themselves, friends, and family. The Valles and Playas collections are slightly larger and ideal for those looking for the feel of a bigger space without the need for a 3,200+ sf home.
